Pengaruh Budaya Korporat terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Umas Jaya Agrotama (UJA) Lampung
Abstract
Organization grows because of their corporate culture system can increase worker’s spirit so the workers performance will increase as well. PT Umas Jaya Agrotama (PT. UJA) as a company that focuses on tapioca production has potential to grow bigger, therefore it needs human resource management strategic through corporate culture which effectively affect the worker’s performance. The aims of this research are (1) to analyze corporate culture at PT UJA; (2) to analyze the worker’s perfomance at PT UJA; (3) to analyze the influence of corporate culture on worker’s performance at PT UJA. The research used multiple linear regression method. The result of the research based on worker’s response about the corporate culture and worker’s performance are impressive. The result of multiple linear regression shows that the corporate culture’s indicator has significantly effect together on the worker’s performance. Then the result of individual test shows that every corporate culture has significantly effect on the worker’s performance, except the creativity and courage culture.
