Abstract

Karo Regency, North Sumatera, has a high, geographical potential through the development of vegetable cultivation. One of the leading commodities in this region is potato. However the achievement of potato target production has been facing instability since seven years ago. Based on the prpblem there are several factors related with human resource management that will be anayzed in the research.
