Pengaruh Penyuluhan Gizi Terhadap Pengetahuan, Konsumsi Pangan dan Status Gizi Siswa Obesitas di SMPN 5 Bogor
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze nutritition counseling effect to increased student knowledge, food consumption and nutritional status for obesity students in SMPN 5 Bogor. Design of study which used were pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest. Sample were taken purposively based on inclusion criteria, 34samples as the result. Nutrition counseling conducted for 4 times in 4 weeks. The topics of nutrition counseling were introduction of nutrient, food varians, and balanced nutrition, healthy snack, ideal body weight and physical activity. The result of nutrition counseling had a significant influence on student nutrition knowledge (p = 0.002, p<0.05), energy intake (p = 0.00, p <0.05), protein intake (p = 0.00, p< 0.05), fat intake (p = 0.01, p <0.05), and carbohydrate intake (p = 0.002, p<0.05), whereas no nutrition counseling had a significant influence on physical activity and nutritional status (p> 0.05).
