Analisis Implementasi ISO 9001:2008 di PT Mustika Ratu Tbk dengan Metode Analytical Network Process

Abstract

Quality management system starts with the inspection system in the 1920s and has developed into an integrated quality management (TQM). In TQM, the whole individual organizations involved in producing a quality product and acceptable to all stakeholders. One of the standard of quality that is now being applied is ISO 9001:2008. IS0 9001 is a quality standard that focuses on the whole process within the organization. This study aims to analyze the application of ISO 9001:2008, to identify important factors and that become obstacles in the application of ISO 9001:2008 and also to analyze the actor and the action that most influential due to the obstacles in the aplication of ISO 9001:2008 in PT Mustika ratu Tbk. The method that used in this research is Analytical Network Process. Quantitative data processing use Microsoft Excel and the Super Decision software. Data processing indicate that human resources is the most influential factor in the application of ISO 9001:2008. In addition, each top management and management evaluation become the most influential in the application of ISO 9001:2008.
