This research was performed to evaluate the effects of the diets containing different level of leaf Cinnamomum burmanni meal on the growth performance and nutrient compositions of catfish Pangasius sp. Fish with an initial body weight of 7.36 ± 0.27 g were cultured in the aquaria with size of 60 x 30 x 30 cm3 for 30 days. Fish were fed on the diets contained leaf Cinnamomum burmanni meal of either 0.0%, 0.5%, 1.0%, or 1.5%, respectively. Fish were fed on those diets three times a day at satiation. Results showed that fish in all treatments had the same growth rate, lipid retention, feed efficiency, and survival rate. On the other hand, fish fed on the diet contained 1.0% of leaf Cinnamomum burmanni meal significantly had the highest protein retention, body protein content, total digestibility, and protein digestibility. Thus, the optimum level of leaf Cinnamomum burmanni meal in the diet of catfish was 1.0%.
