      Abstract
      The aim of this study was to analyze contribution of Rice for the Poor (Raskin) to total rice consumption and nutritional adequacy on poor households in Bogor. Design study used cross sectional study and it was done in Kabupaten and Kota Bogor. There were 98 poor households which listed as Rumah Tangga Penerima Manfaat (RTS-PM) Raskin chosen randomly as samples. Result of this study showed that average amount of Raskin which received by households were 5.8 kg/hh/month (2.8 kg in Dramaga, 2.4 kg in Leuwiliang, 9.0 kg in Bogor Selatan). Average of households Raskin consumption were 40.4 gram/capita/day, despite of total households rice consumption were 234.6 gram/capita/day (221.4 gram in Dramaga, 255.9 gram in Leuwiliang, 230.1 gram in Bogor Selatan). Contribution of Raskin for total households rice consumption (7.0 kg/capita/month) were 17.2%. Total Raskin which received by household only could provide household rice consumption for 9.5 days. If Raskin fortified with 80 ppm iron, 30 ppm zinc, 6.4 ppm thiamine, 1.3 ppm folic acid, 0.01 ppm vitamin B12, and 53 ppm niasin were estimated to increase micronutrients contribution of iron 20.0%, thiamine 17.8%, vitamin B12 14.8%, niasin 13.9%, folic acid 12.9%, and zinc 10.4% respectively.
