Following scientific journal of “Improving Library User‟s Perceived Quality, Satisfication and Loyalty: An Integrated Measurement and Management System” by Anna Martensen dan Lars Gronholdt, this study showed user value, user satisfaction, and user loyalty can be measured by laten variables as follow : electronic resources, printed publication, other services, technical facilities, the library environment, and human side of user service. Moreover, the relationship between latent variables can be proved by structural equation modeling (SEM) which is describe how the variables affecting user value, user satisfaction, and user loyalty in PSEKP library. Furthermore, the model indicated that PSEKP library showed more seriously taking user loyalty into account, as their role to provide and disseminate information and research in social, economics, and agricultural.
