Desain Pekerjaan pada Seksi HRD PT Unitex Tbk

Abstract

Economy with clothing sector is still a major characteristic in West Java, which contributed 26,33% in West Java GDP in 2011. One of company that’s engaged in textiles in Wes Java is PT Unitex Tbk, located in Bogor. PT Unitex Tbk requires job design in accordance with the current needs in order to survive in the global competition. The purpose of this study is to identify job descriptions and job specifications that have been there for each position in the HR section on PT Unitex Tbk as well as analyzing the design of effective work to be applied. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The primary data of the interview through a questionnaire instrument, while the secondary data obtained through a review of books, internet, journals and related articles. Sampling was done by judgement sampling method. Test the validity of the data used is the dependability and credibility test, in order to obtain an effective job design and efficient to implement
