Hubungan Persepsi Ibu terhadap Bentuk Tubuh Ibu dan Suami serta Anak dengan Status Gizi

Abstract

The objective of this research was to analyze correlation of mother perception on mother, husband and child‟s body shape with nutritional status. The research was conducted by applying a cross sectional study design of the 140 mother, husband and child from a population of parents and chidren at Aliya and Mexindo kindergarten school in Bogor. Perception of body shape was obtained from FRS (figure rating scale) method filled by the mothers. Good and bad perception of body shape was obtained from perception of actual body shape and nutritional status on mother, husband and child‟s. The data of nutritional status was directly measured by researcher. The chi-square statistical analysis showed that there were correlation betwen good and bad perception of mother with nutritional status on mother, husband and child‟s (p < 0.05).
