Kualitas Konsumsi dan Ketahanan Pangan Serta Food Coping Strategy pada Masyarakat Adat Kasepuhan Ciptagelar

Abstract

Kasepuhan Ciptagelar is administratively located in Sirna Resmi Village, a part of Cisolok District, Sukabumi Regency. The aims of this research are to analyze household food variety consumption, household food security, and food coping strategy of Kasepuhan Ciptagelar society. Food variety consumption was measured by Household Dietary Diversity Score (HDDS). Food security was measured by cross tabulation between energy consumption per capita per day and proportion of food expenditure. As many as 13.8% household had low dietary diversity score, 40.6% medium dietary diversity score, and 46.8% high dietary diversity score. As many as of 56.9% household were secured, 9.2% were less food, 26.2% were in the stage of vulnerable, and 7.7% were insecured. Food coping strategy of the people occured only in the first and second stage.
