Analisis Perbedaan Harga dan Volume Penjualan Saham Sebelum dan Sesudah Melakukan Stock split (Studi Kasus pada PT Semen Indonesia Tbk)

Abstract

Stock split was carried out by a company that had been go public with high stock price to increase liquidity of stock sale. The purpose of this study is to analyze differences of price and sales volume before and after the stock split on PT Semen Indonesia Tbk, and analyze financial performance differences PT Semen Indonesia Tbk before and after stock split. This study uses analysis of different test and Wilcoxon test. Results of this study showed that no significant difference sale of the company stock after stock split. Wilcoxon test is performed on the financial performance of PT Semen Indonesia Tbk before and after stock split to indicate the company had increased their performance.
