      Analisis Kenyamanan Termal Gedung Kuliah B1, Fakultas FEMIPB, Beratap Hijau Tanaman Sambiloto dengan Teknik Simulasi Berbasis CFD

      Abstract
      Green roof are building’s roof that covered by vegetation. Green roof applications are able to keep room temperature comfort. This study aimed to fine out thermal condition of Class Room B1, Faculty of Economic and Management, IPB. Class Room B1 drawing is built by Solidworks 2012 program. In this research are compare the thermal comfort of B1 classroom which used a concrete roof, plant roof and opening optimization. The green roof use sambiloto plant this research result found out that the. Highest effective temperature (TE) existing condition at 13.00 o’clock 28°C TE with relative humidity (RH) is about 77%-79%. Green roof application can keep TE at 13.00 o’clock up to 25.1°C with relative humidity is about 75°C-77°C. Opening optimalization of entrance doors at the green roof building able to decrease the TE at 13.00 o’clock up to 23.1°C with RH 46%- 48%. Room conditions with this modification, at 10.00-14.00 o’clock, are with in the thermal comfort zone with TE is about 21°C-23.1°C and relative humidity is about 40%-50%. Reduction of RH is caused by change of air circulation from the entrance opening.
