Analisis Pengembangan Sistem Kompensasi Pada UMKM (Studi Kasus: UMKM Alas Kaki dan Alat Rumah Tangga di Kota Bogor)
Abstract
The number of SMEs in Bogor continues to grow, but still have a problem the limitation in managing the human resources management aspect. The SMEs need to provision of appropriate compensation system to improve employees welfare and make job satisfaction. This research purposes are (1) to identify the implemented compensation system by SMEs in Bogor, (2) to analyze the implementation of compensation system and the correlation on SMEs employees welfare and job satisfaction in Bogor, and (3) to recommend the improvement of the better compensation system for the SMEs which are the research objects. Based on the descriptive analysis result, the implemented compensation component by footwear and household items SMEs is not different which consists of salaries and allowances (services and welfare programs and also holiday allowances). The employees are satisfy enough with their salaries and allowances amount and satisfy with the implemented compensation system and the level of employees welfare largely only fulfilled the daily and transportation costs.
