Konsumsi Pangan dan Gizi serta Skor Pola Pangan Harapan (PPH) pada Remaja Usia 13-18 Tahun di Indonesia

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to assess food and nutrient intake, NDQ, DDP score, and the correlation between DDP score and NDQ of adolescence aged 13-18 years. This research was carried out through analyzing a data set of basic health research (Riskesdas) 2010 from Ministry of Health. The Riskesdas 2010 food intake data were collected using 24-hr recall method. After applying inclusive and exclusice criterias the final subjects for this study were 22064 (11324 boys and 10740 girls ). The DDP were calculated based on the current DDP scoring system used by Ministry of Agriculture. The results showed that samples were most likely eat cereals (99,6%) and least likely eat oily seeds (2.1%). Most of subject having energy, fat, carbohydrate, water, calcium, phosphor, zinc, vitamin A, vitamin B9, vitamin C were deficit. The mean DDP score of the adolescence was 64.4±17.5 (61.4±16.9 for boys and 67.4±18.2 for girls) the mean NDQ of the adolescence was 62.0±25.9 (62.5±25.8 for boys and 61.5±26.1 for girls). High correlation between DDP score and each of NDQ was found (0.56-0.62), which implies that the current DDP scoring system can be to evaluate dietary diversity and nutritional quality of adolescence diet.
