Pengaruh Pengetahuan Gizi, Persepsi Body Image, Kebiasaan Makan dan Aktivitas Fisik terhadap Status Gizi Mahasiswi Gizi dan Non Gizi IPB

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analize the effect of nutrition knowledge, perception of body image, eating habits,and physical activity to nutritional status between nutrition and non nutrition major students of IPB. An cross sectional desain study was conducted on a sample of 60 students. Nutrition knowledge in nutrition major students is higher than non nutrition major students (96,3%, 23,3%) respectively. The nutrition major students have a higher negative perception of body image (43,3%, 36,7%). Eating habits of nutrition major students are better than non nutritional students. There was a relationship significant corelation between perception of body image with nutrition status. There was no significant correlation nutrition knowledge, eating habits, physical activity with nutritional status. There was real positive effect between nutritional status to perception of body image.
