Abstract
Dapur Geulis Restaurant is one of the Sundanese Restaurant. Consumers do not just want to consume a product or service of high quality at reasonable prices, but consumers also want a high service of the restaurant. Hence, Dapur Geulis Restaurant need to know what affects the level of customer loyalty. Data processing was conducted using Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square with SmartPLS software. The results as a whole based on gender, income, and spending every purchase that is affected by the customer value, satisfaction and loyalty
