Depletion of fosil fuel resources and environmental issues has been encourage many efforts to find and depelop other energy resources, such as biodiesel. Energy auditing on CPO production system is very important due to CPO is raw material of many kinds of industries and also for biodiesel production. The aim of this research is to conduct energy auditing on CPO production system in PKS Kertajaya – Banten province. The method of auditing is preliminary audit continuing with detailed audit. The result shows that total primary energy consumed to produce 1 kg CPO si 16.6779 MJ. Those energy was supplied by diesel oil 2.47%, biomass waste 95.28%, fertilizer 2.09%, and human/labor 0.16%. Processing stage consumed 96.74% of the total energy input, while cultivation consumed 2.18%, harvesting consumed 0.01% and transportation 1.07%. The energy conservation can be conducted by upgrading real processing time and increasing fresh fruit bunch production
