Konsumsi Pangan dan Gizi serta Skor Pola Pangan Harapan (PPH) pada Dewasa Usia 19-49 Tahun di Indonesia
Abstract
This study objective to assess food consumption, NDQ, DDP scores, and the correlation between DDP and NDQ adults aged 19-49 years. Today the Desirable Dietary Pattern (DDP) scoring systim has never been used to assess the nutritional dietary quality (NDQ) of individuals, although it has been used to assess NDQ households and regions, so that DDP should be used to assess the NDQ of individuals, including adults. This study used data Riskesdas 2010 in the form of consumption data taken with the 24-hour recall method. Based on the survey results revealed that the group of grains consumed by the large number (99.4%), while the oily seeds are consumed by the smallest number (2.0%). DDP Score average adult was 53.1 ± 9.3 (54.6 ± 9.5 for men and 51.7 ± 9.1 for women). The average of the 4 food groups NDQ adults was 62.8 ± 20.6 and an average of 10 food groups NDQ adults was 51.1 ± 15.4 (52.8 ± 15.3 for men men and 59.5 ± 15.4 for women), while the average of the 14 food groups NDQ adults was 54.1 ± 16.1. DDP score and each NDQ s obtained correlation of 0.65 to 0.72, so that DDP assessment systim can be used to evaluate dietary diversity and nutritional quality of adult diet.
