      Abstract
      The area of Bogor Nirwana Residence (BNR) is located on the southrern part of Bogor. However to maintain the environmental sustainability, it is needed to reuse runoff at BNR. The purpose of this research were to identify water quality of runoff, to design water reuse system and its hydraulic structure. The research was consisted of three stages, namely the identification of runoff water quality, analyzing water reuse system and designing the hydraulic structure. Some methods were used include a survey, grab sampling, and weir method. This research was held in BNR Residence from April to September 2013. The Outlet were chosen is located on Panorama Cluster with maximum runoff are 2.97 m3/sec. The result of discharge measured was 0.414 m3/det with maximum rainfall intensity by 7.2 mm/hour. Based on PP No.82 Tahun 2001, the runoff quality is in 3d class with valued by parameter chosed on TSS; 112 mg/l, BOD; 3.7 mg/l, COD; 14.23 mg/l, PH; 7.06, and Total Coliform; 23 MPN/100 ml. Water reuse system planning consisted of presedimentation tank, sedimentation tank, and reservoir. The maximum capacity of reservoir was 1006.16 m3 with water level as high as 570 cm. Other components of each structures must have the intake, inlet, outlet, weir and flushing channel. The main material for hydraulic structures was used concrete with high water resistence K250. The results of water treatment can be used for irrigation, waterpark activity, and to cover some of domestic demands.
