Kajian Efektivitas Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan ISO 14001 di PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk. Citeureup, Bogor

Abstract

PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa. (ITP) Tbk. Cietureup, Bogor has implemented ISO 14001 since September 2002 and still retain such accreditation. The objective of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the environmental management system ISO 14001 in PT. ITP Citeureup especially study the effectiveness of the management of significant environmental aspects which include: dust emissions, exhaust emissions, noise, hazardous and poisonous waste spill, and hazardous and poisonous waste utilization. In this research, the methods used are secondary data collection procedures in the form of company activities and data measurement results of monitoring of emissions of dust, exhaust emissions and noise levels. The Data compared with the standard ISO 14001-2005-19 and of legislation, so that it can be determined the effectiveness of the application of ISO 14001 in SML PT. ITP Citeureup. Based on the research results, in General, the implementation of ISO 14001 environmental management system in PT. ITP Citeureup weren't entirely effective, as there are several articles that have yet to comply with standards and regulations.
