      Abstract
      Calina papaya or better known as California papaya has advantages such as thicker papaya flesh, smoother skin, and sweeter taste. However, along the entire supply chain, Calina Papaya suffered 20% damage as a result of errors during the process of delivery and distribution. Therefore it needs supply chain management to improve value-added and performance of supply chain, so it requires measurement and determination of the value-added supply chain performance measurement metrics Calina papaya. The purpose of this study was to analyze the condition of the supply chain approach papaya Calina with Asian Productivity Organization (APO), analyzing the value-added generated by each member of the Calina papaya supply chain, and designing metrics measure the performance of supply chain members. Hayami method and Analytic Network Process (ANP) is a method used to calculate value-added design and determine supply chain performance measurement metrics Calina papaya. Value of the benefits achieved by farmers is 57,74%. While some companies get more value for Sunpride 50,7% and 55.56% for Sunfresh. As for retail and traditional markets, the value of the benefits is 36% and 16,56%. In determining metrics of supply chain performance measurement using ANP quality (0,274) is considered the most influential indicator by experts to determine sustainable supply chain. This is due to ability of quality to set the price, delivering satisfaction to consumers and creating long-term customer loyalty. Therefore no wonder, if the farmer became the most influential party in the supply chain (0.287) because it is the major determinant of the quality and quantity of products papaya Calina in the overall supply chain leading to future economic benefits supply chain.
