Model Training Need Analysis Tenaga Kependidikan di Departemen Manajemen FEM IPB
Abstract
Training is one of operational functions in Human Resource Management. FEM IPB Department of Management is the institution that runs on educational sector. Therefore, an appropriate training is necessary for the employee at FEM IPB Department of Management. The purposes of this research are (1) Identifying the characteristic of the employee at FEM IPB Department of Management, (2) Identifying the type of training that have been followed by the employee at FEM IPB Department of Management, (3) Designing a Training Need Analysis model that required by the employee at FEM IPB Department of Management, and (4) Offering the best recommendation related to the designed training program. This research uses Training Need Assessment Tool (TNA-T) method that analyzes the gap of actual competencies with expected competencies. The result in this research indicates that there are 1 component of competency with rate of “the most unneeded of training”, 5 component of competency with rate of “unneeded of training”, and 19 component of competency with rate of “need of training”.
