Analisis Pengaruh Komunikasi Efektif Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Mitra Makmur Industri
Abstract
Communication is one unseparable part of people's life. In a business organization's activity, it held one primary role where communication is used for the members to interact among them, whether it's between the leader and the employee, inter divisions, or among the employees on a same unit. Effective communication holds an urgent factor for an organization's goal. By its existence it is hoped that the organization could gather an accurate information about what the employees need and want, also it could make they feel honoured,in the mean time their spirit to work will increase which affects their performance. This research aims in identifying employee's perception about effective communication, identifying employee's perception about working performance there,and analyzing effective communication's influence towards employee's performance. The analyzing tool used for this research is descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. PLS analysis result states that communication has a positive effect for employee's performance. Effective communication's effect model towards employee's performance gives an 0,7074 R-square. It is interpreted that constructed communication variability is 70,74% where the rest of it which is 29,26% is explained by another tool separated on this research.
