      Analisis Hubungan Curah Hujan dengan Volume Genangan Air di Perumahan Tamansari Persada, Bogor

      Abstract
      Negative impact due to the disappearence of water catchment is the decrease of land capability to infiltrate rainwater causing run off, ponding water or even flooding. This research was conducted with anobjective to know a relationship between rainfall and volume of the ponding water. The location selected in this research was Tamansari Persada Residence in Bogor between March until April 2013. The research was conducted in two phases, which were primary data collection by measuring coordinate points of the ponding water and secondary data collection of daily rainfall. Gridding method based on Surfer 8 was used to calculate the volume. The results showed linear equation relationships between rainfall and volume of ponding water at Location 1 is y = 14.80x - 1.456 with the coefficient of determination 0.558, in Location 2 is y = 30.56x + 96.18, with the coefficient of determination 0.901, and Location 3 linear is y = 53.16x + 46.89, with the coefficient of determination 0.685. The small coefficient of determinations at Locations 1 and Location 3 might be caused by several factors such as ineffective use of time measurement.
