Improving water quality and stocking densities are expected to increase freshwater giant prawn production. By using IMTA system is aimed to improve water quality which can increase survival rate, stocking densities, growth rate, and economically profitable. This research was carried out with complete random design with 3 treatments. The treatments were (A) 10 prawn/m2, (B) 20 prawn/m2, (C) 30 prawn/m2 of stocking densities, each treatments had 3 replication. Water flow was integrated with freshwater giant prawn cultivation and biofilter systems. Cultivation of freshwater giant prawn during 72 days in IMTA system had better treatment at 10 prawn/m2 densities. That treatment had temperature (25 – 31.3°C), pH (6.6 – 8.0), dissolved oxygen (3.0 – 5.7 mg/L), nitrate (0.081 – 0.338 mg/L), phosphate (0.152 – 0.338 mg/L) which still good for cultivation, the low of amonia (0.0002 – 0.0593 mg/L) and nitrite (0.007 – 0.109 mg/L), and also has the best survival rate, growth rate, final body weight, and economic return
