      Pengaruh Peran dan Fungsi Serikat Pekerja terhadap Keputusan Human Resource Division (HRD) pada PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Divisi Bogasari

      Abstract
      of the Human Resources Division is an important thing that affects the welfare of workers. Unions are expected to act and perform its functions properly so that workers' welfare is guaranteed. The purpose of this study is (1) Assesing the role and function of trade unions in the company, (2) Assessing HR decisions relating to the welfare of workers in the company, and (3) to analyze the influence of the Role and Functions of the Trade Unions Decree of HRD in the company. This research was conducted at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Division Bogasari with linear analysis methods. Regression analysis showed that the protection and working conditions, collective bargaining, dispute resolution, employee voice, and collaboration and industrial relations jointly influence the decisions and HR variables only partially dispute resolution and noise variables that influence workers against HR decisions
       
      Keputusan Human Resources Division merupakan hal penting yang berdampak pada kesejahteraan pekerja. Serikat Pekerja diharapkan dapat berperan dan menjalankan fungsinya dengan baik agar kesejahteraan pekerja selalu terjamin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) mengkaji peran dan fungsi Serikat Pekerja pada perusahaan, (2) mengkaji keputusan HRD yang berkaitan dengan kesejahteraan pekerja pada perusahaan, dan (3) menganalisis pengaruh dari Peran dan Fungsi Serikat Pekerja terhadap Keputusan HRD pada perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Divisi Bogasari dengan metode analisis linier berganda. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa perlindungan dan kondisi kerja, perjanjian kerja bersama, penyelesaian perselisihan, suara pekerja, dan kerja-sama dan hubungan industrial secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan HRD dan secara parsial hanya variabel penyelesaian perselisihan dan variabel suara pekerja yang berpengaruh secara terhadap keputusan HRD.
