Analisis Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Real Estate PT. XYZ

Abstract

Financial performance analysis is one approach to measure the condition of financial term the company. The purpose of study is (1) to analyze the financial condition of the company PT. XYZ based Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM), (2) to analyze the financial condition of the company PT. XYZ based on financial ratios liquidity (current ratio and quick ratio, (3) to analyze the performance of the company according to the Economic Value Added (EVA) method. This study uses primary data and secondary data and data analysis techniques with financial ratios of profitability, ratio likuidity and EVA. The value of NPM, ROA, ROE is low, value of current ratio in 2008 and 2011 is less than 200%, in 2009-2010 more than 200%, the value of the quick ratio below 100% in 2008-2011 and in 2008-2011 negative EVA

Analisis Kinerja Keuangan merupakan salah satu pendekatan untuk mengukur kondisi sisi keuangan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) menganalisis kondisi keuangan perusahaan PT. XYZ berdasarkan Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) dan Net Profit Margin (NPM), (2) menganalisis kondisi keuangan perusahaan PT. XYZ berdasarkan rasio keuangan likuiditas (current ratio dan quick ratio), (3) menganalisis kinerja perusahaan menurut metode Economic Value Added (EVA). Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder, serta teknik analisis data dengan metode rasio keuangan profitabilitas, rasio keuangan likuiditas dan EVA. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan dari tahun 2008 sampai 2011 nilai NPM, ROA, ROE rendah , nilai current ratio tahun 2008-2011 kurang dari 200%, tahun 2009-2010 lebih dari 200%, nilai quick ratio dari tahun 2008-2011 di bawah 100% dan EVA negatif dari tahun 2008-2011.
