Analisis Optimasi Faktor-faktor Produksi Pada Danti’s Deli, Cibinong - Bogor

Abstract

Cake is a snack made from wheat flour, sugar and eggs and then the materials are processed and decorated in such a way, so it has to sell. Available in various shape of cake and size. In this modern world and technology, more and varied types of cake, such as tiramisu cake, black forest, marble cake, chiffon cake and many more. Who is now a trend in the world is a rainbow cake, so the consumer demand for cake to rise. Currently the main problem often faced by companies, both large companies and small-scale utilization of resources are used in the production process, such as venture capital, raw materials, labor, machinery and production time. Allocation of factors of production that can effectively and efficiently improve corporate profitability, because the company can minimize waste and maximize the amount of output produced. Danti's Deli is one of the small and medium enterprises engaged in Bogor in the cake industry. The purpose of this study was: (1) Determine the level of a combination of production to achieve optimal benefits in Danti's Deli, (2) identify the resource constraints in the production process on Danti's Deli to achieve optimal conditions, and (3) to analyze the effects of changes in the availability of resources power against optimal production processes. The data used in this study is primary data and secondary data are qualitative and quantitative. The primary data used were obtained from direct observations and interviews with the company, as the owner of the company and production employees. Secondary data were obtained from the data document an existing company. Method in this study is qualitative and quantitative. Processing qualitative data were analyzed descriptively, including company description and condition. Quantitative data processing includes corporate profits, selling prices, costs of production, market demand and the availability of company resources. Analysis tool used is linear programming (LP) by using LINDO software to process the data. Based on the survey results revealed that the company can increase profits of Rp 6,154,400.00 in one year. Actual profit earned by the company in the year 2012 is Rp 145,894,500.00, while profit at optimal conditions of Rp 152,048,900.00.
