Hubungan antara Persepsi Body Image, Tingkat Kecukupan Gizi dengan Kelentukan dan Daya Tahan Atlet Senam di sekolah Atlet Ragunan Jakarta

Abstract

Body image is the mental picture, perceptions, thoughts and feelings that one has to body size, body shape, and weight of the body leading to physical appearance. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the perception of body image, nutrition level with flexibility and endurance athlete in school gymnastics athletes ragunan Jakarta. The design of this research study sesctional cross. Samples are taken purposively with the criteria or requirements that instance is students of Junior / Senior High School is a gymnastics athlete. There was no significant relationship between the perception of body image with energy adequacy level (p = 0.440) and protein adequacy level (p = 0.622). There is a relationship between the level of energy sufficiency and flexibility are significant (p=0.028) however, there is no significant relationship between the level of energy sufficiency and endurance (p=0.620). Relationship with the level of adequacy of protein with flexibility and endurance there is no significant relationship (p=0.220) and (p= 0.361).
