      Perancangan Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah Alas Kaki Ciomas, Bogor

      Abstract
      Footwear enterprise in Ciomas is one of the central footwear production in Bogor. This research aims to (1) Find out the internal business processes and aspects of growth and learning of the micro, small, and medium footwear enterprise in Ciomas, (2) Identify the internal factors which are the strengths and weaknesses of the micro, small, and medium footwear enterprise in Ciomas, (3) Identify the external factors which are the opportunities and threats of the micro, small, and medium footwear enterprise in Ciomas, and (4) formulate the alternative of development strategies that can be used by the micro, small, and medium footwear enterprise in Ciomas. Based on the results obtained from IFE Matrix (2,509) and EFE Matrix (3,046), then the position on matrix IE is in cell II, with the type of „grow and build‟ strategy. An alternative strategy that became a top priority for develops the micro, small, and medium footwear enterprise in Ciomas is to establish a partnership with the government and related institutions.
       
      UMKM Alas Kaki Ciomas merupakan salah satu sentra produksi alas kaki andalan di wilayah Bogor. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Mengetahui proses bisnis internal serta aspek pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran pada UMKM Alas Kaki Ciomas, (2) Mengidentifikasi faktor lingkungan internal yang menjadi kekuatan dan kelemahan bagi UMKM Alas Kaki Ciomas, (3) Mengidentifikasi faktor lingkungan eksternal yang menjadi peluang dan ancaman bagi UMKM Alas Kaki Ciomas, dan (4) Menyusun alternatif strategi pengembangan usaha yang dapat digunakan oleh UMKM Alas Kaki Ciomas. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari matriks IFE (2,509) dan matriks EFE (3,046), maka posisi UMKM Alas Kaki Ciomas berada di sel II pada matriks IE, dengan tipe strategi „tumbuh dan membangun‟. Alternatif strategi yang menjadi prioritas utama bagi pengembangan UMKM Alas Kaki Ciomas adalah dengan menjalin kemitraan dengan pemerintah dan instansi terkait.
