      Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Tingkat Loyalitas Pengguna Jasa Transportasi Bus DAMRI Jurusan Bandara (Studi Kasus di Kota Bogor, Jawa Barat)

      Abstract
      DAMRI airport bus is one of the transportation service that growing every year. Higher competition in transportation services to the airport makes the companies need to improve their services to get customer. Therefore, the companies have to understand the factors that effected the customer loyalty. The variable in this research are image, customer expectations, perceived quality, perceived value, and customer satisfaction index. The analysis used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) and software of SmartPLS. The results of this research was customer loyalty were significantly effected by company’s image. The customer satisfaction itself were effected by image so customer expectations, perceived quality, and perceived value didnt have any effect to customer loyalty.
       
      Bus DAMRI jurusan bandara merupakan salah satu jasa transportasi yang perkembangannya terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Tingginya persaingan transportasi dengan tujuan akhir ke bandara membuat perusahaan perlu meningkatkan pelayanan mereka guna menarik hati pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan harus mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan mereka. Variabel yang diteliti adalah image, customer expectations, perceived quality, dan perceived value, dan cutomer satisfaction index. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan adalah citra perusahaan. Kepuasan konsumen bisa langsung dibentuk dari citra perusahaan sehingga bisa dikatakan harapan pelanggan, kualitas yang dirasakan, dan nilai yang dirasakan tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas (L).
