      Abstract
      Servant of Ministry of Cleanness And Landscape Gardening of Bogor must be will to obey all regulation and norms that can still achieve organizational goals. In order for employee to obey the regulation and norms required the application of appropriate leadership style to the Head Ministry of Cleanness And Landscape Gardening of Bogor. The purpose of this study is identify the leadership style of the Head Ministry Cleanness And Landscape Gardening of Bogor, identify employee discipline Ministry Cleanness And Landscape Gardening of Bogor, analyze the influence of leadership style on employee discipline Ministry Cleanness And Landscape Gardening of Bogor. Result research shows that the Head of charismatic leadership style. Employee carry out work discipline established. Autocratic style of leadership, charismatic, laissez faire positive effect to the work discipline while paternalistic and democratic leadership style are negative effect to the work discipline.
       
      Pegawai Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Bogor harus bersedia menaati semua peraturan dan norma-norma yang berlaku agar tetap bisa mencapai sasaran organisasi. Agar pegawai menaati peraturan dan norma-norma yang berlaku dibutuhkan penerapan gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat bagi Kepala Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Bogor. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Bogor, mengidentifikasi disiplin kerja pegawai Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Bogor, menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Bogor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepala Dinas menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan kharismatik. Pegawai melaksanakan disiplin kerja yang ditetapkan. Gaya kepemimpinan otokratik, kharismatik, laissez faire berpengaruh positif terhadap disiplin kerja sedangkan gaya kepemimpinan paternalistik dan demokratik berpengaruh negatif terhadap disiplin kerja.
