      Pengaruh Hasil Penilaian Evaluasi Proses Belajar Mengajar (EPBM) terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi Tenaga Pendidik Departemen Manajemen, FEM, IPB

      Abstract
      Evaluasi Proses Belajar Mengajar (EPBM) is a feedback from the students in evaluating teaching and learning process. McClelland achievement motivation theory state that achievement, power, and affilation are three important needs which can explain motivation. The goal of this research are (1) Explaining educator’s perception about the EPBM in the Department of Management (2) Explaining educator’s perception about achievement motivation of educators in Department of Management, and (3) Explaining the influence of the EPBM result to educator’s motivation achievement in Department of Management. Based on the result of descriptive analysis, attitude is an EPBM appraisal variable and needs of achievement is an achievement motivating factor which is most agreeable by the educators. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed no significant influence between overall EPBM appraisal variables with the achievement motivation of educators. Partially, attitudes influence the achievement motivation of educators.
       
      Evaluasi Proses Belajar Mengajar (EPBM) merupakan bentuk umpan balik dari mahasiswa dalam mengevaluasi proses belajar mengajar. Teori motivasi berprestasi McClelland menyatakan bahwa pencapaian, kekuatan, dan hubungan adalah tiga kebutuhan penting yang mampu menjelaskan motivasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Memaparkan persepsi tenaga pendidik mengenai EPBM yang terjadi di Departemen Manajemen (2) Memaparkan persepsi tenaga pendidik mengenai motivasi berprestasi yang dimiliki tenaga pendidik Departemen Manajemen dan (3) Menjelaskan pengaruh hasil penilaian EPBM terhadap motivasi berprestasi tenaga pendidik Departemen Manajemen. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif, sikap merupakan variabel penilaian EPBM dan kebutuhan akan prestasi merupakan faktor motivasi berprestasi yang paling disetujui oleh tenaga pendidik. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan jika tidak terjadi pengaruh signifikan antara variabel penilaian EPBM secara keseluruhan terhadap motivasi berprestasi tenaga pendidik. Secara parsial, sikap berpengaruh terhadap motivasi berprestasi tenaga pendidik.
