Analisis kerawanan pangan menurut kecamatan di Kabupaten Bogor Tahun 2011

Abstract

This study was aimed to analyze food vulnerability problem in Bogor regency based on municipality. This study designed using retrospective by secondary data of three aspects of food security and vulnerability atlas (FSVA) such as aspect of food avaibility, aspect of food access, and aspect of food utility include policy of food vulnerability from Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) of Bogor regency. The data processing began by calculating the three aspects of food vulnerability by WFP (World Food Programme) and DKP (Dewan Ketahanan Pangan) in 2009. The three aspects consits of nine indicators namely food production, poor household, households without access to electricity, length of damaged road, life expectancy, nutritional status, illiteracy, access of clean water and health workforce. Policy of food vulnerability was analyzed using content analysis. Bogor regency consisting of 40 municipalities and the result showed that mostly municipalities (85%) in Bogor were in secure food situation but there are six municipalities (15%) were in food vulnerability situation (composite score more than 0,8). The food vulnerability policy are support the Kebijakan Umum Ketahanan Pangan (KUKP) 2010-2014 but some institutions don’t have complete programs related to the issue of food vulnerability
