Konsumsi pangan dan aktivitas fisik pada siswa/i SMAN 3 Bogor dengan status gizi normal dan lebih
Abstract
The objective of this study was to analyze food consumption and physical activity among student of SMAN 3 Bogor with normal nutritional status and overweight/obese. The study using cross-sectional design. Samples of this study were eighty six students of tenth and eleventh grade were chosen purposively. There were two groups of samples, i.e. normal nutritional status and overweight/obese, each group consist of 43 students. Data were collected using questionnaire and direct measurement. The results showed that physical activities of normal nutritional status were higher significantly than overweight/obese. There were negative correlation between the amount of vegetables consumption (p<0.05; r=-0.213) and physical activities(p<0.05; r=-0.213), and nutritional status. These indicated that the higher amount of vegetables consumption and the more of physical activities tend to have normal nutritional status. That was positive correlation between genetic factor and nutritional status (IMT/U) (p<0.05; r=0.220). Based on linear regression analysis showed that factors affected nutritional status were physical activity and genetic (R2 = 0.069).
