Arab Chicken are the descendants of Brakel Chicken Kriel-Silver from Belgium. The purpose of this research was to determined the effect of katuk leaf meal in the ration of the internal organs of Native Chicken and Arab Chicken. The research is conducted in Faculty of Animal Science, Bogor Agricultural University. There are two treatments, namely: P0 (using ration of katuk leaf meal for Native Chicken), P1 (using ration of katuk leaf meal for Arab Chicken). Each treatment consist of 3 replication, namely: U1, U2 and U3. Twenty heads of Native Chicken was 10 weeks of age (10 males and 10 females with 1 male and 1 female taken as the chicken’s control) and Arab Chicken’s too. To determine the effectiveness of the differences of using katuk leaf meal feeding rations between Native Chicken and Arab Chicken. Measured and observed variables are the abdominal and intenstinal fat, such as : duodenum, jejenum, ilium, caecum, colon. Analysis data using ANOVA and test of variance with Duncan test. The result of Duncan test showed that the abdominal and intenstinal fat, such as : duodenum, jejenum, ilium, caecum, colonhave different results on weight gain, length of organs and organ volumes were affected by the level of effectiveness of the absorption of the feed consumed.
