The objectives of this study were (i) to identify market structure of seaweed in Tanakeke Islands, (ii) to describe market conduct of seaweed in Tanakeke Islands, (iii) to determine market performance of seaweed in Tanakeke Islands. According to S-C-P approach (Structure Conduct Performance). The research indicated that market structure of seaweed was oligopsonistic, and the majority single marketing institution is determining the seaweed price. It also showed there were four marketing channel, (1) farmersmiddlemen in village-middlemen in subdistricts-wholesaler-exportir level, (2) farmers-middlemen in village-wholesaler-exportir level, (3) farmers-middlemen in village-wholesaler-exportir level, (4) farmers-middlemen in village-exportir level, where the first marketing channel had the highest total of the marketing margin. This implies the farmer share has the lower value. The research revealed weak market integration between farmer and middlemen. Conversely, market integration at farmer level and middlemen was highly, especially in the long run.
