The aim of this research is to perform a medicinal plant extracts formulation of antibacterial compounds and to recognize the potential of natural zeolite in combination with the antibacterial compounds. The formulation begins with a single extract activity assay followed by combining a single extracts in various comparisons. Results extract formula combined with zeolite and then tested to heat at a temperature of 38oC for 24 hours. The results showed that the highest activity was shown by the ethanol extract of pomegranate peel against bacteria Bacillus cereus and Staphylococcus aureus. Formula extracts obtained from two medicinal plant extracts as antibacterial compounds were able to inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus. Natural zeolites are combined with extract formula able to maintain the antibacterial activity of the extract formula heat effect on the temperature of 38oC for 24 hours.
