      Abstract
      High population growth coupled with the establishment of a new steel mill, PT. Posco in Cilegon Krakatau increased the demand for clean water and raw water. Nadra Krenceng as a reservoir that is used by PT. Krakatau Tirta Industry (PT KTI) is considered unable to meet water needs in Cilegon. Reservoir volume was increased from 3 million m3 to 5 million m3. With the addition of volume, the water level rise as well. Water level rise could potentially destabilize the dam and its resistance to earthquake loads. This study aims to analyze the earthquake-resistant Krenceng dams with earthquake regulations referring to the SNI-1726-2002 (500 year return period earthquake), RSNI -1726-2010 (500 year return period earthquake) and Pd T-14-2004-A (period repeated earthquakes of 50 and 100 years) using the program Geo-Studio2007, especially Slope / W, Sigma / W and quake / W. For the seismic analysis performed in static and dynamic analysis. Based on the analysis of the stability of the dam at some point of observation location, the safety factor of Krenceng Dam before being given earthquake load is still secure (SF> 1.25). Analysis of seismic loads with the addition of Pd refers to the T-14-2004-A quake with a return period of 50 and 100 years, the safety factor at the observation points are still safe (SF> 1.25), whereas for the analysis with the addition of the earthquake loads which refers to the ISO-1726-2002 and -1726-2010 RSNI (500 year return period earthquake) the safety factor at the observation points are not safe (SF <1.25). To add to the safety factor at the dam to do some engineering structures such as soil nail or make further downstream.
       
      Cilegon sebagai pusat industri di Provinsi Banten mengakibatkan laju pertambahan penduduk di kota ini semakin tinggi. Selain itu, adanya proyek besar pembangunan pabrik baja PT. Krakatau Posco diprediksi akan semakin menarik para pendatang untuk bermukim di kota Cilegon. Kapasitas produksi air baku yang sebesar 2000 lt/det oleh PT KTI tersebut masih kurang dalam memenuhi kebutuhan seluruh permintaan air bersih seluruh sektor di Cilegon. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, Waduk Nadra Krenceng yang semula mempunyai volume sebesar ± 3 juta m3 kini sudah dikeruk dan sekarang mempunyai volume ± 5 juta m3 serta mengalami penambahan tinggi muka air sebesar 2 meter. Dengan penambahan tinggi muka air ini maka ketahanan bendungan akan berkurang oleh karenanya perlu dilakukan kajian mengenai ketahanan struktur bendungan yang baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis struktur bendungan dengan menggunakan program Geo-Studio 2007 dan Structure Analysis Program (SAP) 2000. Selain itu dilakukan analisis struktur terhadap beban gempa, karena berdasarkan letak geografisnya Kota Cilegon masuk ke dalam Wilayah 4 dimana wilayah tersebut termasuk wilayah rawan terjadinya gempa dengan intensitas yang cukup tinggi. Analisis struktur bendungan terhadap gempa dilakukan dengan mengacu kepada SNI-1726-2002 dan RSNI-03-1726-2010 dan Pd T-14-2004-A.
