      Abstract
      Structure calculation is an important step in the beginning of building planning. One of the instruments that can be used to do structure analysis in a fast and precise way is ETABS v 9.0.7. The instruments that used in this research is ETABS v 9.0.7 software and Grand Emerald Apartement working-plan. Work load analysis referred to PBI 1983, and earthquake analysis referred to static equivalent analysis method. The result of metal sheet structure analysis showed, for living quarters metal sheet, parking place metal sheet, and water torn metal flat slab showed that the result of planned bending moment (Mr) for each metal sheet is 17,945 KNm; 21,36 KNm; and 37,91 KNm, higher than ultimate bending moment (Mu) for each metal sheet 12,563 KNm; 18,644 KNm; 21,953 KNm. So, it can be concluded that the dimension of metal sheet profile that installed in this construction has fulfilled the planning requirements. Based on analysis result, one of sample beam, B30x40, has planning moment value, planning shearing force value, and planning torsion moment value each 68,939 KNm; 234,793 KN; 22,862 KNm. That value is higher than the value of ultimate bending moment, ultimate shearing force, and ultimate torsion moment that each 63,176 KNm; 68,75 KN; 19,433 KNm. It showed that beam B30x40 fulfilled the planning requirements. It shown in appendix 12 the analysis process for varying beams.
       
      Perhitungan struktur merupakan langkah penting pada proses awal perencanaan suatu bangunan. Salah satu alat yang dipergunakan untuk menganalisis struktur secara cepat dan tepat adalah ETABS v 9.0.7 yang termasuk dalam Spesific Professional Program Analysis. Dalam perencanaan bangunan bertingkat, banyak langkah yang diperlukan seperti menentukan spesifikasi bahan dan penampang, permodelan struktur tiga dimensi, memberikan input beban hidup, beban super dead load, beban gempa, beban angin, beban kombinasi 1 hingga beban kombinasi 16, dan melakukan tahap penjepitan, serta menganalisis untuk mengetahui gaya-gaya dalam ultimit dari masing-masing elemen struktur pelat, balok, dan kolom. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan gaya-gaya dalam ultimit dengan gaya-gaya dalam rencana dan untuk mengetahui apakah dimensi penampang terpasang mampu menahan gaya-gaya dalam ultimit akibat efek pembebanan dari luar. Alat dan bahan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu program ETABS v 9.0.7, dan gambar struktur proyek Apartemen Grand Emerald. Analisis pembebanan mengacu pada PBI 1983, dan analisa gempa menggunakan metode analisis statik equivalen.
