      Abstract
      Headloss is energy loss from friction in pipeline caused by pipe wall friction and the viscous dissipating in flowing water. Headloss was differentiated as two type i.e., major losses and minor losses. Major losses is caused by friction and all other losses are reffered to minor losses. The objective of this study were to find headloss of PDAM Tirta Pakuan water supply network. Headloss was calculated using Hazzen-William, Darcy-Weisbach, and De Chezy-Manning equations. Domestic Water requirment was calculated by citizens walfare criterion. In this case, Bogor City is include in big city category. The analysis result showed that the citizens of Yasmin Garden Sector 6 needs clean water 0.002 m3/s. The calculated headloss from water supply network at Yasmin Garden Sector 6 inlets was 78.24 m, where the static head available from reservoir to Yasmin Garden Sector 6 inlet was 80 m, so it has1,76 m range pressure. At this condition, gravity system used by PDAM Tirta Pakuan was resonably and can secure water continuity. The result of analyz, showed that water flow in service pipe is 0.0002 m3/s with 1.507 bar of working pressure.
       
      Air bersih merupakan kebutuhan dasar bagi manusia sehingga wajar jika sektor air bersih mendapat prioritas dalam penanganan dan upaya pemenuhanya. Kebutuhan air tiap daerah berbeda berdasarkan tingkat kesejahteraan warganya. Semakin sejahtera warga suatu kota, maka kebutuhan air akan semakin besar. Dalam Hal ini, Kota Bogor termasuk dalam kategori kota besar sehingga menurut Agustina (2004) kebutuhan air warganya sebesar 170 lt/org/hari. Sebagai kebutuhan dasar, distribusi air harus dipastikan sampai kepada yang membutuhkan. Hal ini memerlukan suatu sistem jaringan suplai air bersih yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelangganya. Sistem jaringan tersebut harus dirancang sesuai dengan kriteria parameter hidrolika. PDAM Tirta Pakuan sebagai perusahaan daerah yang bertugas memenuhi kebutuhan air Kota Bogor harus memperhatikan kontinuitas aliran air. Dalam menjaga kontinuitas air, perlu rancangan yang tepat berdasarkan parameter hidrolika. Headloss merupakan salah satu parameter hidrolika yang harus diketahui dalam merancang suatu sistem distribusi. Nilai headloss akan menentukan suatu sistem baik berdasarkan perbedaan ketinggian maupun berdasarkan jenis peralatan yang digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai headloss pada jaringan distribusi suplai air bersih PDAM Tirta Pakuan.
