The females Guppy was dipped in 50 ppm of aromatase inhibitor solution in different period i.e. 0, 8, 16 and 24 hours. Results showed that the treatment of 24 hours dipping period indicated the highest percentage of males offspring was 78.63%. Aromatase inhibitors do not affect the level of sustainability. Increasing of dipping period in aromatase inhibitor could increase masculinization guppy’s offspring.
