The objective of this research is to examine correlation between mother’s participation in posyandu with knowledge, attitude, behavior and adequacy level of children under-five nutrition in Tamansari, Bogor. This research is part of the research which its title was “a Multi-Approach Intervention to Empower Posyandu Nutrition Program to Combat Malnutrition Problem in Rural Areas” was conducted on February 2012 by using a cross sectional study design. 120 people become sample in this research were selected purposively with sample criteria are (1)have children under-five (male or female 0-60 month), (2)registered as a users of posyandu, (3)ready to be interviewed. The data which used are primary data including characteristic of family and individu sample (big of families, income of families, age, education, and job of sample, characteristic of children underfive (gender and age), mother’s participation in posyandu, knowledge, attitude, behavior of nutrition, food consumption of children under-five, and nutritional status of children under-five. Secondary data including general image of research location. The analysis was carried out with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Based on the analysis of SEM, mother’s participation has a significant effect on the level of nutrition knowledge (T-value =-2.59E16). Nutrition knowledge has a significant effect with nutrition attitude (T-value = -3.8323). Nutrition attitude has a significant effect with nutrition behavior (T-value = -3.8323). Nutrition knowledge has a significant effect with nutrition behavior (Tvalue = -3.8323). Nutrition attitude has a significant effect with nutritional status of children (T-value = -3.8323). Nutrition behavior has a significant effect with nutritional status of children (T-value = -5.1027)
