Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Gangguan Makan pada Remaja Perempuan di Modeling School
Abstract
The objective research was to analyze the factors associated with eating disorders in adolescent girls. Research design used in this was cross sectional study. The number of samples were are 50 adolescent girls from Modeling school aged 15-22. There are 25 adolescent girls with eating disorders and 25 people (50.0%) classified as normal. This type of eating disorders are as follow: 15 girls with no specified eating disorder, six girls with binge eating disorder, three girls with anorexia nervosa, and one person with bulimia nervosa. There is a significant association between eating disorders and the self-confidence (OR=6.47; 95%CI=1.230-34.012; p=0.017), body image distortion (OR= 7.58; 95%CI=0.839-68.461; p=0.04), the peer criticism (OR=4.89; 95%CI=1.150- 20.790; p=0.024) and mass media (OR=6.47; 95%CI=1.230-34.012; p=0.017) (p<0.05).
