| dc.description.abstract | Developing a small business become the most promising sector to raise against the uncertainty of national economic condition. It was proved when the money crisis happened in Indonesia in 1997, many giant manufacturing coorporates collapsed but small bussines survived because they have flexibility and ability in using the local commodities. However, developing a small bussiness is not as easy as flip a hand. Most of small bussines still using traditional ways in production, financing, and management One of the most crucial problems in developing small business is financing. Developing business means the extra needs of money and it can not be fulfilled by the owner of the small bussines itself. Therefore, the financing from Bank, become the best solution for this problem. Nowadays there are many Banks providing money lending services to support the development of small bussines. In general, Banks can be divided in two types, which are the conventional Bank and the syariah Bank. Both of them provide financial support but in a different schemes of calculating method. The conventional Bank uses interest rate to calculate the amount of margin such as the flat interest and the effective interest. In other hand, the syariah Bank uses profit sharing to calculate the margins named akad, some of the akad are murabahah, ijarah, and musyarakah. This study will analyze the investment criteria in developing Hurips’s buessiness which consist of NPV, IRR and Net B/C and also identify the best scheme in developing the Hurip’s bussiness. | en |
