      Keadaan Sosial Ekonomi, Pola Konsumsi Makan, Status Gizi, Tingkat Stres, dan Status Kesehatan Lansia Wanita Peserta Pemberdayaan Lansia di Bogor

      Abstract
      Elder women experience many physical changes, physiological, or psychological that occurs naturally when has entered old age.This is associated with a decrease of metabolism and movement tools that occurs naturally when has entered old age and cause the elderly prone to health problems. The research was conducted to see the characteristics of elder women including socio-economic condition, patterns of food consumption, nutritional status, stress levels, and health status. This research was conducted with a cross-sectional study design towards elder women of Elder Women Life skill Program. The total sample that fulfilled the inclusion and exclusion criteria were 31 women as one population. Statistic test showed no significant relationship between education, occupation, income, and large families with adequacy levels of energy and protein (p>0.05), similar with age, there is no significant relationship with adequacy levels of energy and protein (p>0.05). There was no significant relationship between level of adequacy of energy and protein with the nutritional status (p>0.05). Statistic test results also showed that there was no significant relationship between socio-economic condition, level of adequacy vitamin A and vitamin C with the level of stress (p>0.05) but there is significant relationship between nutritional status with level of stress (p<0.05). There was no significant relationship (p>0.05) between the level of adequacy of energy, protein, vitamin A, vitamin C and nutritional status with the number of non infection diseases but there is a significant relationship (p<0.05) between stress level with the number of non infection diseases. Multiple Linear Regression test showed that the variables that influence the number of non infection diseases (chronic) is the level of stress (R2 = 0.37).
       
      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi keadaan sosial ekonomi, polakonsumsi maka, status gizi, tingkat stres, dan status kesehatan lansia. Tujuan khusus dari penelitian ini adalah 1)mengidentifikasi keadaan sosial ekonomi, pola konsumsi, status gizi, tingkat stres, dan status kesehatan, 2)menganalisis hubungan keadaan sosial ekonomi dengan pola konsumsi makan, 3)menganalisis hubungan pola konsumsi makan dengan status gizi, 4)menganalisis hubungan keadaan sosial ekonomi, status gizi, dan pola konsumsi makan dengan tingkat stres, 5)menganalisis hubungan pola konsumsi makan, status gizi, dan tingkat stres dengan status kesehatan, 6)menganalisis pengaruh pola konsumsi makan, status gizi, dan tingkat stres terhadap status kesehatan Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional study. Penelitian dilakukan pada peserta Program Pemberdayaan Wanita Pra dan Usia Lanjut di Bogor. Contoh adalah peserta pelatihan berusia ≥ 55 tahun, bugar, dapat diukur tinggi badan dan berat badannya, serta bersedia dan dapat. Secara keseluruhan jumlah peserta yang diambil sebagai contoh penelitian adalah 31 orang.
