      Abstract
      Kebutuhan air bersih masyarakat kabupaten Kendal dipasok sepenuhnya oleh PDAM Tirta Dharma kabupaten Kendal. PDAM menjadi pilihan sumber air yang aman dikonsumsi, sehingga permintaan air PDAM terus mengalami peningkatan yang cukup tinggi. Perusahaan harus memuaskan kebutuhan pelanggan terkait dengan pelayanan.
