dc.description.abstractCitrus juice conslrmed by most people around Indonesia and the wvrld because of its conlent of vitamin C that could prevent spnre, bleeding gums, and preventing infection h r n free radical particle. Its fibers also has more advantages to circulate the body metabolism, and fat dietmy thaapy as well. The most common variety of citrus has been used for processing citrus into citrus juice such as sweet citrus (Citrus sinensis (L) Osbeck), grape fruit citrus (Citrus paradise Macf), and pontianak siam citrus ( Citrus nobilis var. Microcarpa). The siam citrus mostly clanted in Indonesia because it has certain characteristic, therefore the resistance to citrus disease.en
