Pengaruh pemberian bungkil bijji jarak pagar (Jatropha curcas Linn) dalam ransum terhadap persentase bobot organ dalam serta histopatologi hati dan ginjal ayam broiler
Abstract
Jatropha curcas L. meal contains high crude protein (53-58 %), but this can not be used properly because of curcin and phorbolester contained in the Jatropha. that interfere the protein synthesis in the body. This research was conducted to observe the effect of Jatropha curcas Linn meal in the diet on internal organ (liver, heart, spleen, kidney, bile, gizzard, pancreas and secca) and histopatology of liver and kidney. This research used 96 broilers strain CP 707 which were reared for four weeks. The data internal organ percentage with curcin consumption were analyzed using regression analysis and quantitative descriptive for histopatology.
