      Abstract
      The present experiment was conducted to study the effect of utilization of tea by product fermented with Aspergillus niger or Rhizopus oryzae on reducing blood cholesterol and trigliceride levels in rats. Twenty of 21 days old rats with initial weight of 31,98 ± 4,46 g were used in this experiment.
